1. Agreement

By accessing RestAI.food or engaging RestAI services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

RestAI provides restaurant digital growth services including web design, SEO, AI SEO, growth analysis, web hosting, and AI chat integration. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing is as stated on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly services require advance payment. One-time services require payment before work commences unless otherwise agreed. Minimum contract periods apply to certain services as specified on our pricing page.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-designed website assets. RestAI retains rights to underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Client content remains the property of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

RestAI provides services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
